Smart 1960s vintage dress with flowers and black check featuring in the design.  

A gorgeous sheer black check dress with a gorgeous hand embroidered flower power pattern with bubble buttons on the bodice. Details include a hem which is scalloped and a side zip. Only the skirt is completely lined as you can see from the photos the bodice is transparent when in light. Designer label Haight Ashbury.

Haight Ashbury, a district of San Francisco in California, is widely associated with the hippy movement of the 1960s. It, therefore, seems very likely that this dress originated from a shop in this area.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
