Beautiful Hermes silk scarf featuring the classic theme of horses, a fiery Arabian stallion prancing under his fabulous golden saddle. Dazzling colourway, gold, silver and white on a chocolate brown background with a russet brown border. Signed HERMÈS PARIS and the theme PALEFROI on the fabric. The care label has been carefully removed by the previous owner.

Designed by in 1965 by Francoise de la Perriére, this scarf is most likely a later edition probably from the 1980s.

Hand rolled inverted hems, Signed Hermès with the copyright symbol.

Silk scarves can be washed by hand if you take care to dry them carefully so they retain shape and always set the iron to silk. However, this depends upon whether the dye is water resistant. In which case, the scarf will need to be dry cleaned.
