Black Rhinestone Jewelry Set, judging by construction this was very likely produced in the 1940s.  Fabulous vintage jewelry find.

Attractive dimensional brooch filled with black rhinestones and featuring semi circle loops to the perimeter. secured with a rollover c clasp to a riveted base. Earrings match and are clipped.

Condition

In good vintage condition, one flaw mentioned above.
