Blue rhinestones with baguettes are used to enhance a pattern of dainty flowers wth etched silver tone leaves. The pin is secured by a slide clasp on a silver tone setting. Signed Lisner with copyright symbol.
In good vintage condition, wear to inside of bangle exposing a copper base. Safety chain intact.
